We now have three Project Partners, for participation in the Icon Village project. The following paragraphs
describe a group comprised of wonderful people who believe in the Icon Village program and we thank
every one of them from the bottom of our hearts

While Icon International Foundation is not a faith based organization, two of our new Partners are faith
based entities. However, the leaders are enthusiastic about working with Icon in order to see the Icon
Villages become a reality. The Icon Village in Yuba County, California, will change the lives of untold
numbers of youth over the coming years.

Our two faith based Partners, Paradise Fellowship Ministries, a non denominational church headquartered in
Paradise, California, with Reverend Steven McFarland, and Plantation Fellowship Ministries, also a non
denominational church, a New Guinea headquartered organization with American representatives who reside
within participation distance of the Yuba County, Icon Village campus.

Plantation Fellowship has been doing charitable and educational work in New Guinea for many years. They
have at this date taught over 1,000 teachers in New Guinea to teach Literacy Courses.  Paradise Fellowship
has held annual programs to benefit children and families for many years including Summer programs on the
subject campus..

Our third Partner is Earth Sciences, active in California, Nevada and Arizona. As the name implies, this is a
science based organization with over ten thousand members. Certain professionals, members of the Earth
Sciences organization, will volunteer time to offer short courses or lecture programs in a variety of scientific
field, including Volcanology and other ecologically oriented courses. This Icon Village will house and
educate residents aged 17 to 24 years.

Dr. Kathryn Springsteen, representing Plantation Fellowship, is a linguist, speaking among other languages,
Malanesian Pidgin. She plans to volunteer teaching on-campus courses or lecture series to include an
advanced literacy program. Dr. Bruce Renich also representing this organization will volunteer time as
student/project adviser, and will offer on-campus lecture programs.

Reverend Steven McFarland, pastor of Paradise Fellowship is providing the 31+ acre campus for Icon
Village at no cost to the foundation until later in 2011. Mr. Raymond (Ray) Smith representing the
Fellowship, will be volunteering time  as a counselor in the Foundation's drug, alcohol and anger prevention
program for youthful residents. Mr. Smith pioneered the CARES Community Outreach, which now has over
10 psycho-educational growth and recovery programs substance abuse and anger. He also has his own
private practice.

Potential Project in New Mexico.

Icon International Foundation has a new associate in the person of a wonderful gentleman named Randall
Prouty, a very successful real estate developer involved in the beginning stages of a sustainable community
development in New Mexico. The Foundation will be developing a residential - educational facility and
program within this sustainable community development for primarily homeless youth aged 17 to about 24.
The educational program has not been totally structured on paper as yet, but will involve training for resident
youth to become builders, organic farming specialists, etc. Students will be taught the ability to even go into
other countries and develop sustainable communities while teaching others there to be able to continue doing
the same thing. The 5,000 acre property is also an animal sanctuary. New Mexico's wild Moreno Mustangs
are cared for and protected there by another non profit organization. We will update on this project at a later
date.
ICON  VILLAGE, in  Yuba County, California

Icon Village will provide residence and education for homeless youth aged 17 to 24 years from California, Nevada, and
Anywhere U.S.A.

As most of our partners, supporters and members know, we did encounter some delays on our California
Icon Village project  property due to title circumstances. However, we are now able to move ahead again
with the enthusiasm and support of all concerned Parties.

E.R.Young's
Department Stores

A group of small department stores will be developed by Icon International Foundation, with assistance of several of its founders, to market new
products, but only if  a sufficient number of new businesses are developed by persons having lost their jobs or who are in serious need of more income
for their families to become self sustaining.

WE ARE ENCOURAGING PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR JOBS TO THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN  CREATE TO START A NEW
BUSINESS IN THEIR GARAGE OR THEIR HOUSE, THAT  CAN BE SOLD TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

We will also "stock the shelves" of our STORE,  included on this web site, with every new product at the time the first walk-in  store is opened.

Opening of the  E. R. Young's Department Stores  will be  initiated to support Americans by marketing their new  products
as soon as sufficient products from new small companies/businesses become available.
This program will work "only" if a sufficient number of
newly jobless people contact us regarding a product they can produce.  This program needs "several hundred" new products:

(Think!!  i.e. New Children's or Women's clothing lines; Home decorations: pottery, ???; Linens; Bath-room sets; American made toys; Furniture;
Ornamental iron items - stores will take orders for you; Things for men; New women's purse line; Jewelry; Leather items; etc., etc., etc. etc..  Thin!!)

"Save Your or Your Children's  Future."  Your new business can be anywhere - there is always UPS.

Neither the Foundation nor the other participating founders will receive any portion of the profits from theses new businesses.
