Many of our Icon Newsletter readers are familiar with the Clipper
Mills property project in Yuba County, CA..
For readers unfamiliar with this particular project: This property will
be the California location for an Icon Village, and will provide
residence and education for homeless youth aged 17 to 24+ from  CA,
NV, and anywhere USA.

Icon International Foundation is not a faith based organization. It is
non racial and non religious in its structure, however we have
wonderful faith based organizations contributing or in position to begin
contributing time and efforts to help the youthful residents upon the
opening of the Village.

Qualified as our 'partners' through participation in the project or its
operational educational programs are as follows:

Paradise Ministries, with Rev. Steve McFarland. Raymond (Ray)
Smith, member of the Paradise Ministries is known as a skilled
organizerof complex projects, with many years of experience in
coordinating school administrators and teaching staff;

Plantation Fellowship Ministries, a US 501 (c)(3) organization, the
work of which has been and is currently in  Papua New Guinea,
teaching literacy. They have currently taught over 2000 teachers.
Kathryn Springsteen and Dr. Bruce Renich will be contributors to the
Village educational and support programs representing this partner
Springsteen is a linguist, and Dr. Renich will contribute as a student
advisor and in an annual lecture series.
New Mexico. The tentative Yellow Hills Ranch
Project in New Mexico is still under advisement
by Icon directors, and a Nevada property of
approx. 640 acres is also being considered for an
Icon Village and animal sanctuary. There are
good and bad points to this property.

The DeCouto Group International has become a supporter of
Icon International Foundation in an effort to assist the
foundation in its efforts to develop Icon Villages and other
projects that are geared to change the lives and in some cases
save the lives of American youth as well as around the world.
Icon International's Mission is to provide homes and education
for homeless and other youth.

The DeCouto Group's International  Mission is to promote
education to prevent Bullying, Cyber Safety, Child Vulnerability to
Child Predators, and more.

Paul DeCouto President of DeCouto Group has indicated, he
determined the support of the combined Missions could be
crucial  to untold numbers of children and youth. For this
reason the DeCouto Group International has thrown the full
support of its international company behind Icon International
Foundation.
